4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 slices dried chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1/2 c cream of sherry or cooking sherry
Dash pepper
Wash chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry in saucepan. Heat. Take chicken and wrap each breast in beef. Place in greased dish and pour heated sauce over chicken. Cook slowly 4 hours at 200 degrees. Check after 3 1/2 hours.
